Dr. Sudhir Kumar is a renowned, respected and actively practicing physician with a vast exposure and experience in the field since the last 20+ years in delivering high-quality, patient-focused care.

He noticed the well recognisable the challenges that patients face with fragmented healthcare in which people are constantly moving from one-hospital-to-another (one-doctor-to-another-doctor in different specialities) for the management of their different simple chronic illnesses and complications which can be well handled by a single doctor and that costs them to much time, money and efforts. Also there is lack of coordination between the doctors of different specialities due to which a lot of confusion and load of prescription happens.

The idea was to setup a one-stop healthcare centre for every individual which can cater Quality Patient-Centered Services all under one roof upto an extent of secondary care in all phases of life in our resource deficient region.

So as to provide comprehensive care for all people, holistically managing all sorts of both acute illnesses (like fever, flu, infections etc) and chronic conditions (such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma etc.) offering accessible, patient-centered care for individuals and families alike with tailored management plans the Centre was established in 2017.

Here we strive to understand ways of ensuring early diagnosis and optimal management for good control of diabetes, its complications and associated diseases. डॉ. सुधीर कुमार एक प्रतिष्ठित, सम्मानित और सक्रिय रूप से प्रैक्टिस करने वाले चिकित्सक हैं, जिन्हें उच्च गुणवत्ता वाली, रोगी-केंद्रित देखभाल देने का 20 से अधिक वर्षों का व्यापक अनुभव है।

उन्होंने महसूस किया कि मरीजों को बिखरे हुए स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के चलते समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ता है, जिसमें लोग बार-बार अलग-अलग अस्पताल और डॉक्टरों के पास अपनी साधारण पुरानी बीमारियों और उनकी जटिलताओं के इलाज के लिए जाते हैं, जिसे एक ही डॉक्टर आसानी से संभाल सकता है। इससे मरीजों का बहुत समय, पैसा और मेहनत खर्च होती है। साथ ही विभिन्न विशेषज्ञों के बीच समन्वय की कमी के कारण भ्रम और अनावश्यक दवाओं की सूची बढ़ जाती है।

इन्हीं समस्याओं को हल करने के लिए, उन्होंने 2017 में एक ऐसा वन-स्टॉप हेल्थकेयर सेंटर स्थापित किया, जहाँ सभी को एक ही छत के नीचे गुणवत्तापूर्ण, रोगी-केंद्रित सेवाएँ दी जाती हैं, जो जीवन के सभी चरणों में द्वितीयक देखभाल तक उपलब्ध हैं, विशेष रूप से हमारे संसाधन-सीमित क्षेत्र में।

यहाँ, हर व्यक्ति को समग्र देखभाल प्रदान करने का प्रयास किया जाता है — सभी प्रकार की तीव्र बीमारियाँ (जैसे बुखार, फ्लू, संक्रमण आदि) और पुरानी स्थितियाँ (जैसे मधुमेह, हाई ब्लड प्रेशर, अस्थमा आदि) के लिए व्यक्तिगत प्रबंधन योजनाएँ बनाई जाती हैं, ताकि परिवार और व्यक्तियों को सुलभ व रोगी-केंद्रित चिकित्सा मिले।
